Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to the United States and do not ship internationally to other countries at this time. Shipping and duty fees will be automatically calculated at checkout according to your location.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Shipping price and delivery time depend on your order's weight and shipping location. You'll be able to see and select from available options and prices at checkout.
Are the Japanese booster boxes sealed and authentic?
Yes, our Japanese booster boxes are all authentic and 100% sealed. We import them directly from trusted suppliers so you can be confident you're getting an authentic product.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment processing. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships so you can follow its journey! Delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you accept cancellations?
In-stock orders: You may cancel right before the printing of the shipping label. Once it is printed, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation fee: All cancellations will be charged a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee (this is to reimburse the credit-card processing fee).
Pre-order items: We do not accept cancellations on preorder or presale items. Please review release dates carefully before buying.
What happens if an item in my order is oversold?
In the event of overselling, which is unlikely, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund for any products canceled. We strive to provide accurate and current inventory.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
We can't take back or exchange sealed products such as booster boxes. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there's a defect or other issue, notify us immediately and we'll try to make it right.
How will I know when my preorder/presale will ship?
Preorders are shipped once the product is actually released and received in our warehouse. The expected ship date is on each product page. You will receive notice with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I get multiple orders consolidated for shipping?
Currently, each order is processed separately and will incur its own shipping charge. We are working on combined-shipping functionality in the future—stay tuned!
